How Much Does a Starbucks Coffee Delivery Service Cost?
Employers looking to get the most out of their employees understand that offering a few perks helps improve morale and boost productivity. One of the easiest, most effective ways to do this is with a well-appointed breakroom. And one of the easiest ways to stock a breakroom with employee favorites is with Starbucks coffee delivery service.
Starbucks is probably the most recognizable coffee brand today. In addition, they also offer teas and cocoa for employees who don't like coffee (they may seem like unicorns, but they do exist). Your staff gets to enjoy one of their favorite drinks and you get no-hassle coffee delivery.
You may also order brewing equipment and other supplies, including cups and napkins, through your Starbucks delivery service.
What Does Starbucks Offer?
The Starbucks coffee service includes Starbucks brand coffees and teas as well as Seattle's Best and Torrefazione Italia (depending on the package you choose). You may also purchase portion packs, which are pre-ground, individually portioned packages of coffee, designed for use with single-cup brewers. Starbucks also offers brewing equipment, including the Interactive Cup Brewer, which brews both single servings and entire pots. These work well for offices with many employees who drink coffee in the mornings, but relatively few who continue drinking their favorite brew throughout the day. Brewing a single cup helps ensure no coffee is wasted.
Starbucks Coffee Delivery Service Plans and Pricing
Starbucks offers three delivery plans, each based on the size of your organization.
The small office coffee delivery service is ideal for offices with fewer than 20 employees. It offers fewer add-ons than the other packages, but it's easily the most economical choice. This plan does not require buying or leasing brewing equipment, which really helps keep the price down. The cost varies based on the amount of coffee you request and any extras you include, but typically ranges between $40 and $60 per month.
The small business delivery service is designed for small businesses with between 20 and 50 employees. It includes brewing equipment as well as bags of coffee beans and ground coffee. You may also add on supplies, such as napkins and cups, as well as Tazo tea. Again, pricing varies widely, depending on the add-ons you choose and how much coffee you and your team drink in a typical month. Pricing starts as low as $50 per month but can easily cost double or triple that amount.
Starbucks' large business coffee service includes all of the services offered in their small business service, plus a Starbucks Interactive Cup Brewer. This machine stores and grinds the beans for you, with fewer maintenance needs than smaller brewers. You can brew an entire carafe or a single cup. Monthly pricing starts at around $80, with prices increasing as you add more products.
Add-ons include blended teas and a wide variety of coffee roasts and formats. You can also purchase portion packs, Starbucks K-Cup pods, their Gourmet Hot Cocoa and VIA Instant beverages, as well as their popular Fontana syrups to flavor your drinks.
